The BMW M6 Convertible for kids is available in two modes based in the original model – the sporty pedal-powered car with easy-turn pedals and the battery-powered electric model.The M6 Convertible for kids features a glossy metallic-blue exterior paint, front and rear apron in the original M design, M6 sticker on the boot door and rear wheel arch, and extra-large rubber tires with M6 wheels. The battery-powered electric model has electric horns on the steering wheel and speedometer that also functions to control the speed. The electric model is powered by a two 6-Volt batteries that is able to generate speed of up to 8 kph (about 5 mph) in forward gear, and up to 4 kmh (2.4 mph) in reverse. The battery can power the car for 1.5 hours of driving fun when it is fully charged. Charging duration is for 15 hours.Safety is one significant factor that BMW considered for the kids. The M6 Convertible for kids has a steel frame and chassis made of non-toxic plastic materials, dual-brake function that allows braking while simultaneously pressing the accelerator and brake, and insulated electrical components for child safety.Prices for the BMW M6 Convertible for kids start at €439 Euros ($550 USD) for the battery-electric model and €289 Euros ($362 USD) for the pedal-powered model.
